OneNote is a gem.

OneNote is part of Microsoft Office, and works like an electronic notebook with pages and tabs. I have found it useful in creating, organizing and sharing notes, instructions, minutes, anything. Notes can be projected as part of a lecture, uploaded to your class page, downloaded as word docs or pdfs, or emailed to people. There are many nice features, and it helps you stay organized.
